Week 2- Monday 20.02.2018

The session starts with this week´s planning.

The firt thing we have done is a new brainstorming.For it, we have asked questions among the different members of the team to findthe needs that we must cover with our final concept.

The results of the brainstorming are the following:

The overall idea

A working space outside

For a company where people are able to go out and have meetings/working sessions

How big is the company? Can it be in a park? Outside a coffee-shop?

Main problems

Answering on the question: why don’t we go outside to work or to have meetings?

-Working outside in a group

-It is not comfortable/not ergonomically: It has to be comfortable otherwise people don’t want to go outside

-encouragement of other people to go outside

-no wifi

-no power supplies

-no big working environment/working space

-too much to carry to that place

-When it rains, the place can be wet

-The working space is in the shadow

Answering on the question: Why do I go outside to work/have meetings?

-To catch some air

-to have some movement

Solutions

-Comfortable: Making good dimensions. Using the right materials. Shape. Back support.  Modular dimensions

-encouragement: making it fun, activity

-Wifi: it is close to the company. Maybe not ideal? Is it nessecary?

-Power supplies: integrated, it must be hidden, it can be a portable battery (heavy)

-Big working surface: Folding, just having something big

-Wet working place: Protection against weather, roof, greenhouse shape

-Carrying with you: having a storage

-There is no sun: replace the tabel

-Do we want to use a solar panel? What is the additional meaning? Is it nessecary?

-Do we want a power supply? Is it nessecary? We can use the electricity from the company/city

-Can we make it mobile and fixed together? On a rail?

-Going to a cafe or another environment can help me focus more?
